RUN COACHING FOR WOMEN

Whether you're training for your first race, working toward a new PR, or simply looking for more structure and accountability in your running, coaching is built around your goals, experience, schedule, and life outside of running.

We use your feedback and training data to make adjustments along the way, rather than following a fixed plan from start to finish.

$200 first month | $175/month thereafter

What's included?

Individualized run coaching with ongoing feedback, communication, and adjustments throughout your training.

Individualized programming
Your training is built around your goals, current fitness, training history, and schedule, and delivered through Final Surge. Workouts are updated as your training progresses.

Ongoing communication and feedback
We stay in regular contact throughout your training. You can share feedback through Final Surge, and text or call when a conversation makes more sense.

Weekly training review
I review your training and feedback each week to see how you're responding and make adjustments when needed.

Training adjustments
Life and training don't always go according to plan. Your program can be adjusted for illness, travel, fatigue, missed workouts, aches and pains, or schedule changes.

Performance problem-solving
I help you work through issues that can affect your running and racing, including fueling, GI distress, pacing, recovery, and race preparation. I refer you to specialists (e.g., physical therapists, dietitians) as needed.

Integrated Run + Strength Coaching

$300 first month | $250/month thereafter

What's included?

For runners who want their running and strength training managed together. This option includes everything in Personalized Run Coaching, plus individualized strength programming that is integrated into your overall training.

Individualized strength programming
Strength training is designed around your goals, experience, available equipment, and individual strengths and weaknesses.

Integrated training
Strength sessions are planned in the context of your running schedule and overall training load, rather than treated as a separate program.

Ongoing review and adjustment
Strength training is reviewed alongside your running and adjusted based on your feedback, progress, and changing training demands.

Programming that evolves with your training
Your strength program is updated as appropriate throughout the training cycle as your needs, running volume, and race schedule change.

Stand-alone strength programming may also be available on a limited basis.

How it works

1. Let's talk

We'll start with a conversation about your running history, current training, goals, schedule, and what you're looking for from coaching. There's no charge for this initial call—it gives us a chance to make sure we're a good fit and gives me the background I need to get started if you decide to move forward.

2. Build your training

I'll use what we discuss to develop your individualized training and get you set up in Final Surge. If you're doing Integrated Run + Strength Coaching, we'll also discuss your strength-training experience, available equipment, and any specific needs or limitations before I develop your initial strength program.

3. Train, communicate, adjust

Once training begins, we'll stay in regular contact through Final Surge and by text or phone as needed. I'll review your training each week, provide feedback, and adjust your program as your fitness develops, your schedule changes, or challenges arise.
